Getting You Started at Onelife
At Onelife, we begin with care that meets you where you are. Whether you are a student just starting your wellness journey, a professional balancing long days, a mother moving through the seasons of motherhood, or someone embracing the later stages of life, the New-to-Onelife (NTOL) Starter Pack is designed to ease you in with intention. It’s your safe, personal start to wellness.

Step 1: Begin with Insight
Your journey begins with our Signature Posture & Movement Assessment. This helps us understand your goals, your body’s current needs, and how you move. From there, we create a personal plan that guides your next sessions.

Step 2: Build Your Confidence
Across three 55-minute Clinical Pilates sessions, you’ll explore the fundamentals of movement while gradually being introduced to more exercises and equipment. Each session is designed to build your confidence, improve your awareness, and help you feel comfortable in the flow of an Onelife program.

Step 3: Recharge and Refine
We close your Starter Pack with a physio-led stretch, a restorative way to release tension, recharge, and prepare for your next step. Your coach will also refine your plan and recommend the best path forward to fit your goals, lifestyle, and schedule.

I've said this before: I've never felt more at home and more "myself" than in Onelife. Admittedly I was a bit hesitant to try it out because I was intimidated seeing that some celebrities and influencers go here.
