This 12-week program includes two low-impact sessions per week, each tailored to your specific back condition, with a focus on rehabilitation and pain relief. Here’s how we’ll guide you through the healing process:
Pelvic Floor & Core Assessment: We use ultrasound diagnostics to assess your pelvic floor and core function, along with movement and posture analysis via our KINOTEK camera system. This allows us to design a personalized rehab plan that targets your unique needs.
Manual Therapy: Our skilled therapists will apply hands-on techniques to release tightness, improve joint mobility, and restore pain-free movement.
Kinesiology Taping: We’ll use safe, gentle taping techniques to support key areas like your back, shoulders, and neck, helping to reduce pain and improve function.
Theracupping: Once a month, we’ll incorporate theracupping to promote deep relaxation and release muscle tension for faster recovery.
Empower Your Home Routine: We’ll provide you with simple, safe exercises you can do at home to build strength, increase mobility, and continue progressing between sessions.

Package Validity
- All sessions must be scheduled within 90 days from date of first use.
- Session are all face to face. In cases of government mandated closures, remaining sessions are frozen and reactivated as soon as face to face sessions are permitted.
Expiry Extension
- We do not allow expiry extensions unless for valid medical reasons with proof.
Package Sharing
- This package may not be shared.
Client Eligibility
- There are no prerequisites to avail of this service but for special orthopedic conditions, we require a doctor's clearance for exercise.
Scheduling Your Sessions
- Sessions must be scheduled directly with the studio via any of the following hotlines: San Juan-(0917)8951762, Makati-(0917)1394726, Pasig-(0917)5177076, BGC-(0917)1049157 or askus@theonelifestudio.com.
- However, our team shall get in touch with the package holders as soon as possible, after we receive a receipt of the online purchase indicating the client’s complete contact information.
- Appointments are given on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommended setting up your sessions at least 1-2 days in advance. We do not accept walk-ins or appointment requests for sessions on the day itself.
- We only confirm reservations for clients with valid packages.
Refunds
- Package may not be refunded once used or after 7 days from date of purchase, whichever comes first.
Coach Assignment
- The studio reserves the right to assign and change the coaches handling your sessions without prior notice. Our team will ensure the correct leveling of coaches handling your sessions.
Session Cancellations
- We allow for appointment rescheduling free of charge as long as it is arranged at least 48hrs. before the original appointment schedule date and time set.
