After 11 years of honing our craft and pioneering clinical Pilates in the country, we have proudly designed an approach to your movement health and wellness that we can say is truly our own - proprietary and exclusive to the ONELIFE community.
In every PhysioPilates™ session, you can expect your licensed physical therapist coach to check in on how you are feeling prior to jumping into exercise. If you have any aches or pains at all — we start you off with a target manual therapy designed to give you instant relief so you feel ready to move and work on therapeutic exercises. After that’s done, we get you moving with a functional Pilates exercise program that’s tailor fitted to your goals and needs, and further refined to how your body feels on the day. Additional release techniques are going to be applied as you go through exercises to ensure function goes hand in hand with your form. Before ending your session, we cap things off with mindful breathing exercises designed to leave you feeling refreshed, and not spent.
When you go for PhysioPilates™ sessions, you will be periodically assessed using our signature fitness and movement screening which lets us do a deep dive on how your body moves and what your body needs.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
REFUNDS
All packages are non-refundable upon use or after 7 days from date of purchase, whichever comes first.
SHARING
For packages indicated as shareable, it is the responsibility of sharing parties to manage the division of sessions between each other.
TRANSFERS
All package credits are transferable once.
EXPIRY
Absolutely no expiry extensions except for valid medical reasons with proof (recent medical certificate) or travel with proof (eg. flight ticket)
SESSION CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be canceled without charge if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be considered late and will incur an automatic charge to the client account.
COACH ASSIGNMENT
The studio reserves the right to assign or change the coaches for your sessions without prior notice. In the event that a coach becomes unavailable, the studio will make every effort to assign a coach of the same level or higher, based on the client's package. If a lower-level coach is assigned, the client will be notified in advance and consent will be requested before proceeding.
CLIENT ELIGIBILITY
The studio requires medical clearance for clients with special conditions before accommodating any service requests beyond the NTOL package. For prenatal clients, medical clearance is mandatory prior to starting. Additionally, for clients seeking physical therapy, a doctor's referral is recommended.

Honored but cannot be used in conjuction with other promotions. Discounts are non-convertible to cash.
